Identity Orbit™
Unify customer identity without exposing raw PII.
Nuta.ID models identity as governed confidence layers—not brittle rules or black‑box graphs. Every link is explainable, auditable, and reversible.
- Orbit layers define authority (core / inner / outer / anomaly)
- No silent merges — uncertainty becomes an anomaly, not a mistake
- Purpose controls — access and export depend on declared purpose
- ML is advisory-only — suggestions without mutating identity
We can share detailed technical docs after an intro call.
Why identity breaks at scale
Brittle rules
As channels multiply, rules drift and produce inconsistent identity decisions.
Over‑merging
Silent merges create hard-to-debug errors that poison ads, analytics, and trust.
Opaque ML
Black-box decisions are hard to audit, govern, or safely deploy on-prem.
Identity Orbit™ model
Each person is represented as orbits around your business—hard anchors near the center and softer signals further out. The model makes it explicit what can decide, what can suggest, and what must be reviewed.
Core Deterministic
Strong anchors (e.g., loyalty IDs, booking numbers, verified emails) used to create or attach identity cores.
Inner Strong signals
High-quality probabilistic signals (e.g., unverified email, phone hash, address) that attach only if no core conflicts.
Outer Context
Behavioral patterns and weak signals that support decisions but cannot create identity on their own.
Anomaly Governed edge cases
Conflicts are isolated and recorded as anomalies—no silent auto‑merge. Reviewable with full audit trails.
Principles
Privacy‑preserving
Use tenant‑scoped transforms; keep raw identifiers in tenant systems unless explicitly required.
Purpose‑governed
Every request declares purpose; exports are constrained by purpose-based access control.
Explainable
Every link has reasons, confidence, orbit, and an audit trail for compliance and debugging.
Cloud‑neutral
Deploy on‑prem, tenant VPC, or cloud with the same architecture and governance.
